First, it is important for a person to realize what they are feeling, what they are thinking. What does he see as the most problematic in himself? For example, he thinks that he can actually be more talented in business, show his talents and have a better career, but he thinks that he can't show it because he can't express himself. Here we see that a person has many negative thoughts and beliefs about himself. The first thing to do is to evaluate the person with an objective attitude, so that the answer to the questions of who I really am and how much my abilities are realistically analyzed.

I can also say this about self-confidence. Not being confident may not be an existing situation, it is also related to the fact that a person feels relatively inadequate, worthless and unsuccessful compared to others because they cannot evaluate themselves with an objective attitude. No one is superior to each other. Of course, there can always be someone more intelligent, intelligent, sociable, more practical, more solution-oriented. But that doesn't mean others are inadequate.
Everyone is valuable in his own inner world, in his presence, and is different from others. All I'm saying is that everyone should accept himself as he is, as he exists. Only then does it begin to use its existing features, eliminating its shortcomings, if any. In this way, self-confidence begins to develop in the person.

Because a person who is at peace with himself and loves himself will also have more positive relationships with others.
