Kadir TOPBAŞ, former Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, passed away.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan issued a condolence message for Kadir TOPBAŞ. In his message: “I learned with deep sorrow about the death of our precious companion, Kadir Topbaş. We will not forget the records of Mr. Kadir in Istanbul and our country. I wish God's mercy on him and my condolences to his family, loved ones and our nation ”.
